This time by none other than his own son Abhishek Bachchan. According to latest reports, Jr. Bachchan is essaying a role that is closely inspired from his dad’s act in Zanjeer. In the upcoming film Dum Maro Dum, Abhishek will play the role of a tough cop who is up against the drug mafia.

In order to make this role a repeat of Big B’s classic act, the makers are working overtime to give Abhishek some special attention and are keeping it as close to Big B’s character in Zanjeer as possible.

You might have read about stars shooting non-stop. But, this one stands out. Actress Amrita Rao, who is known for her professional perfectionism, shot for 24 hours nonstop while shooting for her upcoming film JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI.

It must be recalled that amrita is playing the role of an alien in the film. This is the first time that the actress will don such a role. It took the directors over six months to convince amrita to do this role in the film.

According to our source, “Amrita Rao shot non-stop for 24 hours for her much awaited guest appearance in Milap Zaveri’s JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI. The movie’s lead star Jacqueline Fernandez gave her company till her shot was over. In fact, Amrita and Jacqueline who got to know each other for the very first time bonded over cutting chai and bun maska at a local Irani restauraunt. Amrita is all praise for the newcomer’s acting enthusiasm and enterprise. They share a common passion- philosophical books and nature besides being down to earth gals.”

Well, though it was a 24 hour shoot, but Amrita’s attitude lightened the long hectic hours making it an affair to remember.

As part of the upcoming International Women’s Day celebrations on Monday a poll in which 250,000 women participated.In the poll, 43.08 percent women said Kajol was their favourite Bollywood daughter-in-law.

Besides Kajol, others vying for the position were Aishwarya Rai, Gauri Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora, Twinkle Khanna and Kiran Rao.“The women’s day poll is part of the constant research that shaadi.com conducts in its attempt to gauge the preferences of its members. The small screen actress took no time to acquire the B-town fame Prachi Desai was born on 12 September 1988. Prachi is best known for her role as ‘Bani Walia’ in the Hindi television drama Kasamh Se which aired on Zee TV.

Prachi Desai is the spokesperson, brand ambassador endorser and the face of Neutrogena products in India.Studied at St Joseph Convent, Panchgani, Prachi then completed her schooling till 9th grade in Surat. For her higher studies she went to Pune.

Prachi Desai’s first film as a Bollywood actress was Rock On!! Opposite Farhan Akhtar. Prachi had to leave her very successful role of “Bani” in Kasam Se to act in Rock On.

Director Farha Khan has asked Katrina to watch Madhuri’s Dhak Dhak video for a song for their upcoming flick Tees Maar Khan also stars Akshay Kumar.

According to reports, Farah Khan has given Katrina few DVDs of Madhuri so that she gets her steps right and does justice to the fabulous dancing prowess of Madhuri. The song will be shot extensively at Malsej Ghat and Kat will rehearse with choreographer Geeta, besides Farah Khan.
