Aamir Khan-Salman Khan dosti, which is only getting sweeter by the day. I’m informed that when Sallu was told that Aamir is playing an artist in Dhobi Ghat, he said he wasn’t aware of that. Nonetheless, he was quick to state that knowing the latter’s penchant for perfection, he must have mastered the art of painting by now.

And then went on to rave about his buddy’s astute marketing and promotional strategies. Meanwhile, Aamir, at the 3 Idiots DVD launch, enthused about how everyone he met was looking forward to his Salman’s upcoming movie. “The promotions have generated very strong buzz about Dabangg,” said Aamir. He added that he was now waiting for Salman to show him the movie.

Hmm… I haven’t heard of such buddy-bonding among actors in quite a while!

Fans of Salman Khan were left upset Sunday when the Bollywood actor gave the BSA Hercules India Cyclothon in the capital a miss for safety reasons.A cycling fanatic Salman, who is often seen peddaling with his bodyguards on the busy roads of Mumbai, was planned to play a part in the event in the capital along with his brothers Arbaaz and Sohail.

“They (Salman and family) are not coming now. All we know is that it is because of some safety matter,” said an official, after the celebrities didn’t turn after a considerable wait by the media and fans.The actor was supposed to cycle with the participants to spread awareness about how the sport helps to stay healthy and counter heart ailments.

Bollywood Actres Sonakhsi Sinha who has gained enough fame for playing the lead opposite Salman Khan in Dabangg was in recent times on RJ Siddharth Kannan’s show.

At one moment, Sonakshi started singing one of the old songs from her father Satrughan Sinha’s movie of course for her pop; Kannan interrupted in between while she was crooning and told her that she is a besuri singer.

Kannan also advised her that even in her wildest dream she should not consider taking singing as her career….EVER! The newbie immediately tweeted about being called besuri by the famous RJ.

When Bollywood actor  Salman Khan went to the sets of Zee TV’s ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’, he could not assist but buy his favourite Jain pizza from Haji Ali in Mumbai. But the actor went overboard and gave a bulk order of 150 pizzas.

“Salman shown that he believes in sharing and caring as he ordered pizzas not just for the members but also for the audience watching the shoot,” says a resource from the sets. He did not even let the channel officials pay the costs and reported: “This is on me”. He even threatened to leave the sets if the team of the reality show did not allow him to pay the bill.

The actor, awaiting the release of his film ‘Dabangg’, will be seen in a special episode of the show.
