Preity Zinta learned to wash clothes

Bollywood actress  Preity Zinta is now back in India from the US where she had gone to study business in Harvard. And with her return she is also back to her luxury daily life of a celeb – something which was not a part of her life while her stay in US.

The actress was staying with her brother there and admits that she ended up even washing her own clothes there. “I learnt to use the washing machine while I was staying with my brother there something which was not likely here. There everything is self help so I had to learn!” says the actress. “Dho Dala!” she giggles.

We are sure Preity Zinta would like to get back in face of the camera rather that in front of a washing machine now.

Priyanka Chopra’s fun filled shoot

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is quite eager about her next movie Anjaana Anjaani, which is a love story. And the basis is not because she thinks the movie has any earth shattering concept, but because she feels it is a unique take on a relationship. “It is a different premise and you have not seen that in a love story for sure!” she says. “It is an outstandingly fun film. But it is a love story and not a romantic comedy. It is a story of two strangers who meet under different situation and fall in love,” she adds.

Priyanka will be seen romancing the handsome Ranbir Kapoor for the first time in this film. She admits that she will remember the three months she shot for the film for a long time. “We had lots of fun shooting for it. We were in America for almost three months and we were all very badly behaved,” she admits.

Lara Dutta’s back on the catwalk

Lara Dutta says it was a nostalgic feeling when she walked the ramp for designer Rina Dhaka at the ongoing Pearls Infrastructure Delhi Couture Week.”I had walked the ramp for Rina in 1998, it was then I had started modelling. So after that I managed to walk for her this time and it was very nostalgic indeed,” Lara Dutta said after the show.

“I am glad to be here for the first couture week and thanks a ton Delhi people for having me here in the capital,” she added. This former Miss Universe, who is now more active in movies, says walking down the ramp is now a lot more tougher than compared to her modelling days. Contrary to her claim, dressed in a black crystallised chic blouse and train lehenga, the actress flaunted her perfect figure and walked down the ramp with oodles of confidence.

“Walking the ramp as a celebrity is very tough because that time you are the face of the designer so you have to be very confidant and poised and make sure every move you make is fine. You can’t go wrong here so it is a bit tougher, but it is always fun,” said Lara. “Also walking down the ramp in front of a live audience is also fun as you know that there won’t be any re-takes,” she added.
